Headlight Frames When I attempted to replace my headlamps with brand new ones, I found the headlamp frames to be rather rusty, especially the hardware. I took the time to wire wheel all the rust off and give them a good coat of Rustoleum to help them last. Old and broken on the top, the new hotness on the bottom. When I put things back together, I used stainless steel hardware, to make it last. Sadly, there is nothing I can find to replace the adjuster hardware with, so I treated them with oil and then protectant.
